Pangyrus Literary Magazine (pangyrus.com), an online literary journal with print publications, seeks a Social Media Director. If you can tweet, Insta, and FB with the best of them, then Pangyrus would like to hear from you! We need a motivated, design-smart Social Media Director who thrills audiences on all social media platforms and has expertise with Submittable, WordPress, Canva, Patreon, and Mail Chimp. The Social Media Director works closely with the Managing Editor and Founding Editor. Our goal with social media is to bring awareness of the magazine and make our authors shine. This is a volunteer position requiring about five to seven hours per week.
• PUBLICITY & MARKETING MANAGER
Pangyrus Literary Magazine (pangyrus.com), an online literary journal with print publications, seeks a Publicity & Marketing Manager. Help us get the word out about Pangyrus! We’d like to grow our subscriber base, get our print publications in more hands, and increase our readership. With your savvy know-it-all, we’ll achieve these goals and more! The Publicity & Marketing Manager will meet weekly with our Managers, develop strategies and execute them with the help of assistants and interns, and generally build Pangyrus as a place for greater connection and conversation. This is a volunteer position requiring five to seven hours per week.
All positions are unpaid and on a volunteer basis.
