Denise Bergman

Denise Bergman is the author of five books of poetry: The Shape of the Keyhole (Black Lawrence Press, 2020), Three Hands None (Black Lawrence Press, 2019), A Woman in Pieces Crossed a Sea (West End Press, 2014), The Telling (Cervena Barva, 2014), and Seeing Annie Sullivan (Cedar Hill Books, 2008). Her poems have been widely published and the first line of her poem “Red,” about a neighborhood near a slaughter-house, is permanently installed in a public park in Cambridge, Mass., where she lives.
