Lindsey Byars

Lindsey Byars is the Communications Liaison for Concord University in Athens, West Virginia, a career she began after teaching high school English and theater for 11 years. She is pursuing her Master's in Creative Writing and Literature through Harvard University's Extension School. Lindsey published her first piece of writing in 2018, a feature article for West Virginia South, and she was a finalist in Shepherd University's 2018 West Virginia Fiction competition. Since then, she has contributed articles to West Virginia Executive Magazine and is a staff writer for Concord University publications.
